"My weight dropped another 8 kg during the course"

I am 68 years old, now a healthy woman. Five years earlier, I went through tough cancer treatments and came close to death.

Emotional eating was my problem and my weight fluctuated. In July a year ago I was fat, I weighed 77.5 kg / height 160 cm - it was bad to be in every way. I learned how to fast, I was on a keto diet and my weight dropped by 12 kg, but emotional eating was a problem. I consciously decided to seek an understanding of eating and a change in my habits.

With the help of this course, I have gained the understanding I need for these questions. My weight dropped another 8 kg during the course. I am grateful that I can consciously choose what I eat by listening to myself.

With sadness, I have given up many of my familiar eating habits, and at the same time, with greater joy, I am grateful for my health and my light, healthy being. Understanding and using your own will are important to me. It's a pleasure to eat when you're really hungry and I've learned to enjoy simple food in a new way.

This course was the door for me to a well-balanced everyday life. Today I am in my own size, I could even fit into the wedding dress of my youth. This is a miracle for me and a cause of deep gratitude. Heartfelt thanks Anne Sui, Finland
