"My teeth are noticeably whiter"

Over the past several years I have not been able to change my weight. Nothing worked. Following Wildfit, I have ‘released’ 12 pounds and gone down two sizes in clothes. Being mostly home-bound by the Covid-19 virus gave me the time to focus on the program and complete the activities. Eric, the coaches, and other participants provided so much support. I am glad I took starting, middle and ending photos. Being mostly quarantined I have not gotten any feed back ? but I can see the difference. Unexpectedly, having no coffee and no red wine, my teeth are noticeably whiter ?. Thanks, everyone.
