"Before this program I was doing my best to eat relatively healthily but could never stop eating junk foods"

Before this program I was doing my best to eat relatively healthily but could never stop eating junk foods. My weight fluctuates a bit and I'm a little higher than I typically like right now.
I've felt for a long time that I need to uplevel my eating but never had the energy or drive to do it before. I'm a very picky eater and I don't like to cook so I also had those challenges.
