One of the thoughts I've learned is people taking the program will respond differently. The sessions with our class made that clear and in retrospect, as it should be. Those moderating the discussions showed much experience and many insight as questions/problems arose. Eric Edmeades is entertaining in his descriptions of the 'sugar monster' and it gave us a chance to laugh at ourselves and recognize the voices we are subject to hearing. It also let us realize we're not alone in our food cravings/addictions.
My own experience was to release 17 lbs. and I experienced a pleasing loss of inches around my belly. I wanted to release 20 lbs. and I'm close to the goal. The larger goal for me is to be healthy at 74 and continue to enjoy the company of my wife, our son, his family as well as friends and extended family. I'm better equipped to do just that than when I began the program. This has been a win for me in a deep sense. I was not easy, it was worth the effort.
I am grateful to the Wildfit team for their insights and enthusiasm. I am grateful to Vishen for offering the course as a part of the Mindvalley program.
