"My body feels 30 years younger!"

I decided to take this course to boost my natural immunity and give my body the best chance of getting through the current pandemic unscathed. My clothing size and weight dropped (I released 6kg), joint pain and inflammation disappeared, and so did gastric issues and heartburn. My body feels 30 years younger!

My teenage daughter supported me by helping me prepare “Wildfit” recipes every day. She lost 5 kg just by eating what I was eating. In her opinion, this course should be mandatory at every school in the world! It is important to stress that Eric’s method is a way of life (not a “diet”) and we were extremely well-nourished and never felt hungry while following the program.
