"Liberations from the obstacles that are stopping you from feeling great, healthy and happy"

I want used to following ANY DIET. I never gave any credit to them by virtue of seeing how no one adhered to them. I started this program because I realized that, as an MD, I NEVER had the proper training in nutrition. Plus I was overweight, and it started to show. How am I supposed to give advice on something I clearly don't know anything about or when I myself look sick? Well I personally felt VERY compelled to follow through the recommendations since they help you out psychologically at first to do so before they start giving you dietary restrictions. But mainly, they EDUCATE YOU, so you don't feel them as restrictions but as liberations. Liberations from the obstacles that are stopping you from feeling great, healthy and happy.
