"I now know that it is my decision to feed by disease or to be healthy"

Back on Dec 8, 2020 I was diagnosed Type 2 Diabetic.
On Dec 7, 2020 I had an appointment with my doctor and he wanted to put me on meds. I of course declined as I am convinced that fueling our body can overcome any illness.

I came across a video of WILDFIT in March and signed up to begin the 90 days challenge. My WHY decrease my A1C Prior to the Quest it was at 7.3 and now after ending the quest is at 6.0. I now know that it is my decision to feed by disease or to be healthy.
I have now decided to continue my journey on LIVING WILDFIT as I know It is crucial to keep this lifestyle for my HEALTH
