The WildFit 90 day challenge was very educational at the same time learning that everyone of us, doesn’t matter where we live, have the same or similar issues in our lives. LIVING the WildFit is a challenge in itself. Going through the Quest , like I said, so educational and learning what my body needs & doesn’t need. It was the best money I spent on myself in regards to the quests that I have taken. Of course I’m now taking the Money EQ Quest so I I’ll be learning more about myself, another educational quest.
