"If I can quit carbs, sugar, alcohol, processed food, coffee! What else is possible?"

Being from India originally I was sold on rice and beans very early on, there was a lot of emotional attachment to this good type. I had no will power when it came to saying no to this food type. Plus over the years every doctor I met said, you have PCOS and so it’s very difficult for you to lose weight. I believed it. I went from fat to thin over the years. Food controlled me not the other way around! I’m crying writing about this. How much I harmed my body over the years with my food choices and bad advice!
I am part of the Mindvalley community and had health goals as one of the key focus areas.
I heard Eric’s master class and signed up immediately. I was extremely frustrated that I was not getting any traction with my belly fat! No amount of zumba or food changes were making the quantum shift I needed.
OMG life changing!
  • There’s sugar in everything
  • Check ingredients on everything
  • I have a grain belly not a hormone related issue!
  • If I can quit carbs, sugar, alcohol, processed food, coffee! What else is possible?
  • I am ecstatic about my 8 inches drop around my belly area!
  • I’ve release 8 kgs over the last 13 weeks and this is just a start!
  • I’ve become more creative about my food
Goals for 2020 includes a vegetable path, growing my ingredients for my alkagizer yeah baby!
