I have always been active and healthy. Over the years, the pounds creeped on and no amount of exercise or eating choices made much difference. Then, I watched a video with Eric explaining his Wildfit program and I signed up. I followed the program fairly well, continued my workouts and got great results! I lost 18 lb and just over 15 inches, five off my waist! For a post menopausal gal, I am thrilled! I am a Wildfit program success story and will gladly encourage others to join. I will continue to live Wildfit. I have a plan, support and a better future ahead of me!
