"I've lost 22 pounds, learned quite a few new recipes and I'll never look back again"

Before starting Wildfit I had already begun my with own dietary changes and had lost 10 pounds. My weight loss had stalled even though I was going to the gym 6 days a week. I think being 55 had a lot to do with my difficulties.. 

The Wildfit program was just what I needed and I realized that I was in the right place after the first 3 - 5 weeks. Things Eric was asking me to do, I had already done, but I had no idea what was ahead. 

The program taught me how to read food Iabels, I've completely cut sugar out of my diet-unless it's naturally occurring, I've lost 22 pounds, learned quite a few new recipes and I'll never look back again. 
I feel totally empowered and confident in my ability to manage my diet and weight with the tools that Wildfit provided. 

Eric taught me to be ok with how I feel and not the scale because according to my BMI I'm obese. I'm 55, 5'9" and 203 pounds. With all of that and at a higher weight I've completed over 50 half marathons , 12 sprint triathlons, 5k's, 10k's & 15k's and I've never felt the level of confidence that Wildfit gave me.
