"I’ve let go of 10kg"

I decided to start Wildfit because I could see at 43 it wasn’t possible anymore to go on with my usual way of eating without gaining weight every month! Also because I was experiencing fatigue and lack of energy all the time. I took my time to look all of the videos, but I almost never slipped with the diet despite the longer time I took. Now 11 months after starting the program I feel soooo much energy, I never want to take a nap after meal anymore, and I’ve let go of 10kg ! It was far more than what I expected. I’m still loosing weight, I go on with light spring most of the time, I love it ! I would never want to eat as I was before anymore, I feel to good this way :-))))
