Before starting WildFit, I spent years committing to intense gym workouts, yet I remained slightly overweight and struggled to build lean muscle mass. I fell into the trap of thinking I ate healthy because I consumed plenty of salads and protein, but I was blind to the non-functional foods that were holding my body back.
Deep down, I knew bread and refined carbs had to go, but the psychological dependence was too strong. The program completely changed my mindset; it unmasked my food dialogue and easily gave me the psychological control to walk away from foods that didn't serve my biology.
The results were staggering. In a couple of months, I released 10 kg of stubborn body fat, my waist size dropped beautifully, and my actual muscle structure and abdominal lines finally emerged. Moving my workouts from the gym to functional, outdoor bodyweight exercises paired with this deep metabolic state completely redefined my physical performance.
Although the program was taken off the Mindvalley membership when I was on Week 9, I know I achieved the ultimate goal. Completing the entire 'Deep Spring' phase gave my body the full ketosis and healing reset it needed. I didn't just follow a diet; I successfully changed my relationship with food and learned how to navigate my energy, health, and focus the WildFit way.
