"I relearn some habits I had been forgotten and added a new one, that I am planning to keep in my life"

I was attracted to the Wildfit program because it looks like an excellent tool for my post-holiday detox and reconditioning. And I was not wrong, Eric's teachings complemented the education I have already about nutrition, and most importantly for me was the awareness he inspired in my mind about the processed food.

It was hard for me sometimes to follow the guidance's provided every week, which I thought was awesome, so I will focus one week at the time. I relearn some habits I had been forgotten and added a new one, that I am planning to keep in my life.
