"I now look forward to eating and enjoy food in a way I never thought possible"

The WildFit Challenge wasn't just a journey of 90 days for me; it was a journey of 13,693 days, having had chronic digestive pains since birth! I've tried so many dietary changes over the past 2 decades, but I always seemed to be an exception to what was supposed to work and be healthy. So, it's been a challenging journey, and it's felt hopeless many times. That, combined with a busy and ambitious lifestyle, involving travelling around the world, I never seemed to crack the dietary nut (pun in tended). Having completed the WildFit Challenge, I feel like I've finally been able to crack that nut. I now look forward to eating and enjoy food in a way I never thought possible. I don't suffer from digestive pains, I have more energy, I sleep better, I can breathe more freely, and massively reduced inflammation in my body (a contributor to chronic pain). So, would I recommend this programme? YES! Is it challenging? Yes, but is it worth it? YES!

I struggled with emotional eating since I was ten years old. I’ve shed weight a few times with very restrictive programs and then put it all back at the first bereavement. This year I had Covid which caused a thyroid problem and I decided I had enough. Something had to change. I stumbled...
