"I lost 7 Kg in 3 month.. my belly has shrunk.. and i lost 7/8 cm on hips/ thighs"

I started this program because i felt myself over weight.. i disliked the shape of my body (as when i was a young woman i had no belly at all even if i always had a quite important butt!)
I would like to increase my self-esteem.
The programm is quite hard during the middle... as it asked to change lots of bad eating habits.
But really i can't believe since i started that i can manage it and optain good results.
I lost 7 Kg in 3 month.. my belly has shrunk.. and i lost 7/8 cm on hips/ thighs... Trousers now are fitting very well!
But above all i learnt how can i live without lots of food (i really miss their taste of course)...and take care even of myself. i'm starting a new way of living... not to avoid everthing but i understand wich are the best food for me.
 Thanks
