"I hope to develop strategies to lose weight and keep it off"

Before this program, I have struggled to keep my weight down. I have always been active and aware of my nutrition but the weight slowly creeps on each year. With this program, I hope to develop strategies to lose weight and keep it off. If I can lose inches, I will be thrilled with that as well. I want to be able to have enjoyment from the food I eat, nourish my body and not worry about it! After this program, I hope to remain slim, continue eating healthy and enjoy life to the fullest! Travelling again would also be fabulous!!
