"I have released 1/2 stone and dropped 5% body fat whilst gaining energy"

The reason I enrolled on this quest was simply to optimise my health and having come to the conclusion that diet is a major factor. I am by all means a healthy individual, non-smoker, occasional alcoholic drink for the last 3 three years and I undertake a lot of exercise, but felt slightly heavy on my bike and a definite lack of energy since menopause and being hypothyroid. I have released 1/2 stone and dropped 5% body fat whilst gaining energy and understanding of better nutritional eating habits, which very much suit me.
