"I have lost 40 LBS"

I just finished wild fit and living wildfit, wins I have lost 40lbs and identified foods that I should never eat. I am aware of the food marketing industry and how they are always manipulating us. I still have experiments like I had white rice for dinner last night and now this morning I am feeling uncomfortable so I will be going into spring then a small fast to rest my system after that over working. I have found the tools gained from wildfit to be weapons to take me to end of life :).
