WILDFIT

"I have lost 12 kg during the second half of the Quest and I am still in ketosis and losing weight 1 - 1,5 kg per week"

Before this Quest my life was a constant search for ways to lose weight, I have had a spine surgery for a couple of years ago and my life has been quite stationary ever since. So the method I was seeking for had to be something without much physical movement involved. I am also on my spiritual ascension way to 5D (as we all are) so it was just natural that I somehow became aware of first Mindvalley and then Wildfit. After taking this Quest I feel that I found what I had been looking for.
The reason I enrolled in this Quest was that it sounded convincing already from the beginning. After many dissapointments you have learned something from every trial and this Quest was the answer to all of the previous shortcomings. Wildfit is a lifestyle and that is the difference. What I was hoping to achieve/learn was to change the ways I treat my body so that also my physical body is able to ascend to 5D.
Reasons why I recommend this Quest is that you really can achieve sustainable results by living the Wildfit. You cannot unlearn what you have learned so it will follow you your lifetime.

Areas of my life in which I’ve noticed the biggest changes in my life is how my body seems to be in balance and in harmony. I have lost 12 kg during the second half of the Quest and I am still in ketosis and losing weight 1 - 1,5 kg per week. My every day routines and movements are much easier now than before.
My top 3 takeaways or insights during/after finishing this Quest are that you've better 1) have the persistance, perseverance and confidence if you want to make changes in your life, 2) allow the process to take its time and surrender to it, and 3) let the learnings insaturate your daily life and routines.
The biggest positive change I’ve noticed is the trust I have gained in being able to control my life.
