"I have lost 10 kg and I feel so healthy, as I haven't felt for so long"

I am so happy and grateful to have done the Wildfit challenge.
For the first time in years, I managed to follow the challenge without any slip and without any second thought.
Before the wildlife challenge, I had a bad relationship with foods, always starting a new diet, staying on for a bit and always getting back to the old habits, gaining more weight than when I have started the diet.
I had trouble sleeping, always have a stomachache and always looking for comfort and escape with the food, coffee and wine.
With Wildfit I had the opportunity to really look at the reason behind my food behaviours and it helps me so much to understand why I was choosing to eat certain foods. 
I managed to have uninterrupted sleep, change my food consumption and my food shop habits. 
I have lost 10 kg and I feel so healthy, as I haven't felt for so long. 
I would suggest to anyone to start this challenge and change their life because there is no way back from it. When you experience how your body and mind feel with the correct food and habits, how your skin looks good and how better you can sleep, you will want to live the Wildfit philosophy over and over again.
