2nd, my skin started to glow (specially con video calls), and people were noticing.
3rd, I am sleeping more deeply, and I'm able to work long nights without coffee.
4th, the food is more tasteful. Before I though pears were not that sweet, now I think they are too sweet (as if someone deep them in honey).
5th, some pains I had disappear. Specially in my back. Here is when I realized what dairy was doing to my body.
6th, I no longer feel sleepy in the afternoon (I even have more energy during spring to the point I sleep less at night!).
7th, I breathe better. It seems I am mildly alergic to sodas and I didn't realize it.
8th, I no longer have cravings for other foods. I do feel in control while people eat in front of me.
9th, I build the habit to cook my own meals. And it doesn't matter how busy I am, I rather eat something I made than buying something from a place that could be using low quality ingredientes. I even take my food to work.
10th, my mood, emotions and mental health improved exponentially (and this is opening me doors as people notice it).
11th, my self-steem improved a lot, as this challenge is in no way easy, and I was able to learn a lot and get to my goals. Also I was seeing the improvement every week in the mirror, and I love the way I look now.
12th, I learned a lot about how to read labels and choose the right food for me. And guess what... I saved a lot of money by eating healthy at home vs going out and ordering deliveries (literally the program paid for itself because of this)
13th, I feel that I have the necessary tools to stay on my weight and healthy, and I can apply them wherever I need to (even traveling).
