I've always had weight issues my whole life. After I heard Eric talk on Mindvalley I realized that I could loose weight and have support from a group. I feel like I have hit the jackpot with this educational way of loosing weight. I've tried them all and this is the first program that talks more about the psychological aspects of loosing weight along with the usual methods of loosing weight. I am going to be successful on my new venture in loosing weight
