"I don't drink alcohol at all anymore"

I did WildFit about two and a half years ago and I was doing it to support a friend who was going through to become a coach. So I was going to support him and also to let go of a sugar addiction. That's what brought me to WildFit. And what happened next I really wasn't anticipating. I actually ended up stopping drinking alcohol.

I don't drink alcohol at all anymore. So as part of WildFit, you make different changes. Each week you make different changes, and one of the changes was to stop drinking alcohol.

And then the challenge ended,  I went to a party,  and I went to go have my first drink, and I was like: I'm not really enjoying this, but I used to really enjoy alcohol, so I'm going to have another one. So  I had my second drink and I couldn't have anymore.

And you know what? I don't really miss it. I can have fun. I can go dance. I can party. I don't have to have alcohol to have fun, so yeah, it's great.

To name a few areas where I observe changes in my life, in no particular order: Better sleep, easy wake ups and clear head right away, no more those "fuzzy" mornings when I had to have a coffee, or two, or sometimes an energy drink, to bring myself together.
