I have a very strong sense of procrastination built into my genetic makeup, and wildfit was the first program with which I was able to sustain it for 20 days. To be frank, it was my first attempt, and i did see positive results, however, my procrastination genes again kicked in, which once again needs to be worked upon to restart the routine.
