"I can’t believe the difference"

Before this program, I was doing okay. I wasn’t obviously overweight, but I suffered daily bouts of fatigue and felt that I was close to burnout. I’ve had breast cancer twice in the past three years and was still experiencing the lasting effects of chemo, radiation and surgery on my mental and physical well-being.
Thanks to this program I’ve taken an active role in generating vitality, energy and a sense of general wellbeing in my body and mind. Eric’s guidance and the structure of the programme helped empower me through each stage of cleaning up my mental processes and thoughts spirals as well as educate myself on what I should and shouldn’t be eating if I was really choosing health and well-being over comfort and convenience - which was leading me to experience that lasting fatigue, mood swings and that feeling like life was a struggle.
Now at the end of it I can’t believe the difference! I’ve got so much more than I ever expected out of the program. I’ve lost 6kgs and now comfortably fit so many of my clothes which I was almost ready to throw out as no longer being comfortable or cute. I wake each day with this sense of joyful expectancy and have no trouble getting up early and facing whatever my day has in store for me. I enjoy being in the kitchen and creating tasty, nourishing meals and snacks, and my children have even started joining me, which is an added cherry on top that I didn’t expect.
Overall I just feel more alive, more vibrant, more capable as I’m now working in partnership with my body and it’s needs instead of against them. This program has fundamentally changed the way I view food, drink and life in general. There’s no going back to that fatigued, disempowered state ever again! This way of life is just too much fun!
