"I am a nursing mum 43 years old. I started the quest to simply give my body all the nutrients that it needs"

I am a nursing mum 43 years old… I started the quest to simply give my body all the nutrients that it needs to feed me and the baby…. It takes time to prepare healthy foods - yes- is it worth it- absolutely- was it hard - yes I went through an emotional rollercoaster - did I lose weight - a little (but that’s just a side Effect… It’s more that my body changed - I feel full of energy now … I love Eric’s approach!
 He built a great Program
I actually think about using it for my eating disorder patients!!! To get them into shape again … let’s see how it developed!
 Thank you so much
