The reason I joined Wildfit is Eric told me I would be learning a better way of taking care of myself. During this program I learned to listen to myself about my food choices. I also learned about our natural diet as a human race, tricks and deceits from food companies, and so much more! My body started reshaping itself by losing inches. My hair loss stopped. I lost 13lbs! The reason I would recommend this program is because if enough people changed the way they ate and bought food, the more the food companies would stop selling food that is bad for us just to make profit; some of them might even fold! Not only that, but our health would increase over all with less obesity, diabetes, heart disease, cancer, and autoimmune disease. I am a nurse and I truly believe this! The top take-aways from doing this quest; listening and trusting myself, increasing creativity in cooking healthier, and learning what is good and not good for me. I am not stopping using my new found skill and I intend to lose a whole lot more of unhealthy fat. If I can be an example to someone else I certainly will.
