"During the WildFit challenge, after the first few days of taking the Alkagizer Mild, my blood pressure started dropping"

Before joining the WildFit challenge, I had high blood pressure of 150/95. My blood sugar level was above the normal range of 4-7 (before food) and 7-10 (after food). All these readings were even after taking medication.
During the WildFit challenge, after the first few days of taking the Alkagizer Mild, my blood pressure started dropping. Now I have stopped taking my Blood Pressure medication because my pressure went below 100/79. The blood sugar level has also dropped to 5 to 6 before meals. My belt size has also dropped be 3 notches.
I have felt better these past 3 months than I have been for the last 30 years. Thank you Eric and the WildFit Team.

My 7 year old daughter came to me the other day and said she wanted to eat healthily like me (it may not have lasted long, but it's in her consciousness!). Who would have thought at the start of the challenge that I would have come to love my energiser so much!
