“Can actually watch my pics now without wanting to die!”

Released 23lbs (~10 kg) which for me is a virtual miracle as my weight has refused to budge downward for years! Walking faster now, shin splint free which is liberating! Can actually watch my pics now without wanting to die! Can take a selfie without having to find the right angle and just love finding clothes I loved but gave up on actually fitting now! My son told my former gym instructor Mummy has shape now! Thanks to all!
