WILDFIT

"By the end of the 13 weeks, I had lost over 50 lbs and my waist dropped by 5 inches!"

I started out WIldFit with high hopes- I was not disappointed.
My initial reason for joining the program wasn't to lose weight (albeit a wonderful 'side effect') but rather to get my mindset 'reset' to fully understand my relationship with food.
Not knowing what to expect from one week to another was intriguing and made perfect sense when Eric explained it. I really appreciated the daily videos and the detailed explanation of possible pitfalls. While I was always a little leery of 'Enhancement Days' (lol), there was also an excitement of the unexpected. For those unfamiliar, WildFit is not a diet but rather a lifestyle.
Now... cutting to the chase, by the end of the 13 weeks, I had lost over 50 lbs and my waist dropped by 5 inches! All done in a healthy way. (Not disappointing at all... :-).
I'd like to thank Eric, the WildFit team and MindValley for your support and making this program available. Peace to all.

"I, unexpectedly, learned so much more valuable life-changing concepts"
