WILDFIT

"Being 75 years old I was experiencing some health issues, such as arthritis and daily sinus issues. All that has disappeared"

The reason I enrolled in Wildfit was my interest in Nutrition and how Nutrition influences health. Also I figured spending three months looking at all aspects of food, nutrition and how badly the food industry sabotages our food, I would learn a lot. Also I knew I was not feeling my best. I thought I was eating well. But no, this program opened my eyes and made me realize I needed to make some changes in my life style concerning my food choices.
I indeed learned a lot as I slowly eliminated sugar, dairy, potatoes, pasta, rice, alcohol, coffee AND eventually for a time being also fruit entering a season called "spring."
The results were great. I lost eight pounds. I actually did not take the course in order to loose weight; however I felt better and look better now at 144 lbs.
But that was not the only benefit. Being 75 years old I was experiencing some health issues, such as arthritis and daily sinus issues. All that has disappeared. I have looked in my drawer, I can't believe I am barely using tissues.
Now that we are in the last week of Wildfit, we can make the choice of staying longer in spring or moving into summer adding berries and root vegetables. The fall season will include more fruit and squashes.
My taste buds have changed so much that I am sure I won't go back to drinking coffee, eat pizza or have desserts as an example.

I also want to mention that while this quest may seem expensive, it is well worth it. Not only are you going to see videos with Eric Edmeades, but also videos about alcohol, coffee and dairy. Group video calls are also scheduled. BTW I enjoyed watching Eric Edmeades. In addition to his deep knowledge, he is is a great presenter as well as an entertainer.
