As a perimenopausal woman with ADHD and a busy family life, I knew my health was slipping down the priority list — and I could feel it in my body and energy.

It challenged me, shifted me, and gave me a totally new relationship with food, energy, and my body.
Along the way, I released 6kg (14lbs / 1 stone), completely changed my daily habits, and began listening to my body with a new level of care and clarity.
I feel stronger, clearer, and lighter — physically, emotionally, and energetically.
I’ve reclaimed parts of myself I didn’t even realise I’d lost.
