Before WildFit…
 I was feeling sluggish, heavy, and not as strong as I wanted to be.
 As a perimenopausal woman with ADHD and a busy family life, I knew my health was slipping down the priority list — and I could feel it in my body and energy.
 I wanted a full reset. Something that would support me to feel strong, healthy, and fully me again. 
What happened…
 I committed to the 12-week WildFit journey — and wow.
 It challenged me, shifted me, and gave me a totally new relationship with food, energy, and my body.
 Along the way, I released 6kg (14lbs / 1 stone), completely changed my daily habits, and began listening to my body with a new level of care and clarity. 
Now…
 I feel stronger, clearer, and lighter — physically, emotionally, and energetically.
 I’ve reclaimed parts of myself I didn’t even realise I’d lost.
 WildFit didn’t just change how I eat — it’s changed how I live.
 So proud of this journey — and so grateful for this programme.
