“I can see change beginning to occur”

I've been working the program for about a week. I can see change beginning to occur. Not as fast as I would like, but it is happening.

Being 57 yrs, I have a lot of layers of garbage to get rid of.

The most important thing I've noticed, my body and mind still respond intensely to Chapter 3, fear of change. I review this chapter regularly.

The system is working, and I recommend it to others.
