To let go of old stories, even ones that I am not aware are running my life, and connect with an inner knowing that I can create what I desire.
I feel a bit lighter and somewhat empowered (a sense of my true self) to be who I am and get on with expressing that.
I think UA is for those who are open to understanding that everything is energy and life is a spiritual journey rather than an achievement.
I like listening to the recordings. Took me a while to catch up with Christie's fast talk and language, but the downloads give me the freedom to re-listen :)
