I am looking to identify and clear away as many blocks and limitations as possible in all areas of my life. I am also looking to be able to achieve deeper relaxation and ways of coping with sources of stress. I am also always looking for new ways to think about things.
I would definitely recommend it. I have been doing self-improvement and energy work since the mid 1990s and have tried a lot of books, programs and people. Thus far, Christie (and a handful of others) is at the top of the list. There is a lot of crap out there that describes what's possible but doesn't really tell you how to get there. This does.
First rate in my book.
