I qualified to become a coach back in 2012 and have made one or two feeble attempts to set up practice over the years. These have been unsuccessful as I wasn't committed enough and cared too much about what others thought of me.
This course has taught me how important it is to have a coach of my own to overcome any challenges I will face along the way. More importantly, this course has taught me how to go deeper with clients, rather than just action setting towards a goal.
