I have taken several coaching courses and all of them have been helpful. While taking this course with Christine I found it very revealing that her style of teaching, presenting, and breaking down coaching sessions was by far the best approach for me. I found the Quest Journal extremely thorough and helpful. I feel so much more relaxed about my coaching; far more able to trust my intuition. The breakdown into the 4 levels is clear, concise, and excellent. The format of the course is clear, concise, and full of information. This was an excellent use of my time and I thoroughly recommend this quest.
