Before this programme I was had been working with friends for free, helping them on an emotional and spiritual level, releasing blocks, identifying old patterns and outdated belief systems, doing shadow work and working energetically through reiki. I didn't feel confident enough in my offering to charge as I felt my sessions lacked structure, although I was getting great feedback from my friends saying I had helped them so much etc etc and they kept coming back for more sessions.
I have learnt so much through this programme, especially around structuring a session and the more practical aspects of coaching. Completing this programme has given me the confidence to start offering my services formally and start charging for them! I love Christine's approach, it resonates so much with me in wanting to help people on a spiritual level, but also in a practical way that gives them tools to change their behaviour and move forward.
