Before I took Evercoach's "Unleashed: Coach Your Clients to Live an Unstoppable Life" program, I was at a crossroads in my coaching career. I had already attained professional coaching certification through an ICF recognized program, delved into the world of NLP, and even became a certified hypnotherapist and Rapid Transformational Therapist. Yet, despite these accomplishments, a persistent feeling of inadequacy lingered. It was as if I needed more knowledge, more tools, and more expertise to truly serve my clients at the level I aspired to.
My inner perfectionist drove me to believe that being a complete expert was the only way I could fully guide my clients towards transformative change. This belief made me hesitant and sometimes even reluctant to take on certain clients with complex issues, as I felt I could be ill-equipped to assist them on their journeys. I really wanted to do more courses and gain more insight into how to work with clients at a deep level when it comes to their emotions, behaviours and thought patterns, so I could ensure I was making a real difference in their lives.
Thanks to the "Unleashed" program, my perspective has shifted dramatically. The course was amazing, offering a treasure trove of insights and techniques that have empowered me as a coach. I now possess many new tools to help my clients navigate the labyrinth of their emotions, unravel their mental complexities, transform their behaviors, and tap into their spiritual essence. With newfound clarity, I can see how these tools can be tailored to each client's unique needs, helping them overcome challenges, view situations from fresh angles, and gain a profound awareness of their habits, triggers, and patterns.
And now I feel much more confident to work with clients with more complex issues and believe I have the tools and the right approach to facilitate profound and lasting changes and transformations with them. I no longer shy away from clients with intricate issues; instead I embrace them with confidence and conviction. The impact I can make as a coach has grown, as I now know that I possess the tools and knowledge to guide my clients toward living unstoppable lives.
