I’m so thankful to all of the teachers and modalities on Mindvalley. Ultra Presence has been just one of many programs that has deeply resonated with my journey. I loved all of the content but was so impacted by the very last session where Juanpa talks about blessing your food and savouring presence in every bite. I grew up in a family that prayed before every meal and it has been deeply ingrained in my psyche to be grateful for every meal but this took this concept so much deeper and helped me expand my understanding more fully to really incorporate presence into every aspect of my daily life.
