I always feel happy doing each lesson with JuanPa. I have done pranayama (breathing exercises) off and on for 30 years. For the first time this morning, I saw a flash of Golden Light extending out the crown of my head. I am feeling stronger in myself since joining this group and doing the daily exercises. I feel more in touch with my intuition. Thank you JuanPa and MindValley!
