Now, things are different. I don’t need to know every detail anymore—as long as I know we’re delivering on our mission and moving toward our outcomes. I’ve stopped giving direct instructions. Instead, I lead by asking questions and guiding the team to figure out what needs to be done.
And the change has been amazing. My team is now more open, they communicate better, and they share their achievements without me even having to ask. I can really see a shift in their behavior.
We’re not hitting all our numbers yet, but I’m confident it will come. And honestly, I’ve also seen a big improvement in my personal life since I started leading this way.
