The reason I took this quest is because in my new leadership journey I am surrounded by who do t think I have what it takes. And I know, with the proper intentions and dedication I and the team lead can make a big impact in our industry if given the chance to do so. I want to take away the structure it takes, the modern knowledge, and the 10x approach to relaunch our brand to the # in our industry.
