"I highly recommend this quest when the globe is getting smaller, and each one of us is global citizens in a bigger picture"

Now, I feel that I get to know the meaning of happiness in life for the first time. And where it comes.

Be present. Invest in the process. There is no label of good nor bad. Be aware of mental models and mental chatters. What consciousness is.

I would say these are the examples of my learnings craved in my mind. Believer or nor, after finishing this quest, I can do regular meditation and even enjoying it to make use of it. I have been a very result-oriented person to the degree of ignoring the process, or the efforts made regardless of the outcome. The continuous pressure to higher goals base don if-then mental model was the only world I knew, and I was living.

Burn out hit me after 15 years of the continuous pursuit of hard work for what I or the specific social definition considers a success. What awaited me was hospitalization, divorce, being separated with my most beloved kids where I do not know where they live still and not seeing them as I want, losing my career my motivation, etc.

During the recovery period, I came across Mindvalley, and one of my tribes, who is a friend of mine now, recommended me to take this quest. He is kindly accepted to be a mentor of mine. It would take a while to digest for some of those who may not like philosophical ideas, or not familiarised with Eastern and Western very well mixed way of thinking. Yet, I highly recommend this quest when the globe is getting smaller, and each one of us is global citizens in a bigger picture.
