“I've felt more in control of my cravings”

I've started to become more self-conscious of my life's decisions, eating and spending habits, and even pushed myself to live a more meaningful life. I've also been able to "listen" to myself more and question what I really want to pursue in my life. I'm excited for the journey.
I lowered my coffee intake (this was an impossible mission to me before starting Ziva Meditation). Since then, I've felt more in control of my cravings, as an example.
