I loved the idea of a sleep routine and setting an alarm at night. I follow that routine that begins at about 21:30 every evening. I never never slept like this!! and I wake up on my own at 7am.
I wondered about the problems of social distancing and Eric explained that so that I could understand it and do something about it.
