My path has not been linear or gentle. I’ve experienced profound love and passion, and I’ve also walked through depression and deep desperation. I’ve witnessed war — not as a concept, but as a lived reality. I’ve seen how, in a single moment, everything can turn upside down, how thousands of lives can be shattered, and how you’re forced to choose without certainty — guided only by your intuition and inner truth.
That experience stripped away illusion and taught me something essential: when everything external collapses, only consciousness remains.
Over the years, I searched deeply — through Mindvalley and Gaia, psychology and Buddhism, meditation, the teachings of Sadhguru, Vadim Zeland, and many others. Each offered pieces of the puzzle. But Vishen’s 7-day challenge didn’t just add another layer of knowledge — it created integration.
Once again, with absolute clarity, I feel it in every cell of my body:
I am on the right path.
This challenge brought me back to knowingness — not intellectual knowing, but embodied truth. I’m only beginning to truly meet my authentic self, yet there is no doubt anymore. I trust the Universe completely. It feels like floating on my back in the ocean — no struggle, no resistance — just surrender and trust that the water itself is holding me. That is faith.
I’m also learning a deeper dimension of love. Not bypassing pain, not pretending, but choosing consciousness over contraction. I may not yet be able to love the neighbor who came to my homeland to destroy and kill — but I have made a powerful choice: I will not allow anger or hatred to consume my heart. That choice alone has changed my inner world.
Since consciously walking this path, the Universe has been whispering to me. Ideas began to flow. Visions appeared. Projects were born. And for the first time, I recognized myself not just as a seeker — but as a creator. I felt devotion arise naturally, not from discipline, but from alignment.
All of this unfolded through stillness. Through non-attachment. Through presence.
I am still reconnecting with my body. I am still learning how to truly receive. But now I understand something profound: this journey has never been about arriving — it has been about awakening.
It took years to get here — and now I see it clearly. This is bliss. This is what true happiness feels like. Radical acceptance. Deep gratitude. Conscious living.
I am grateful for everything in my life — fully, completely, 100%.
Thank you, Vishen. Thank you for your vision, your integrity, and for creating experiences that don’t just expand the mind, but activate the soul. This 7-day challenge didn’t redirect my life — it anchored my trust that I am already exactly where I am meant to be.
