"The 6 Step Meditation has been incredibly helpful to me in just a very short period of time"

I like that the phases have been broken out individually so I may go back and have lead guidance on the phases that less familiar to me in practice of my every day life. It is the forgiveness Phase that brought my first breakthrough. I knew before listening that there would be much to forgive, I just didn't realize how much how I really had NO idea where to really start before now. Since U am doing this for myself, I started with me.. which was much harder at first than I thought it would be. But the guidance helps with not only direction, but how to move through the process and then release it. Once I started this portion of the 6 phases coupled with the first two I was both surprised and amazed at how much I truly had to forgive and be thankful for and how much better I felt for it. That and within that week that I started I already felt an incredible shift in my life. I felt more opened up and at ease to both listen and speak to others. I notice more positive attention and attitude focused towards me by others even if I had not engaged with them in some way. I had random people just conversing, or people I know seeking me out for my opinion or with interest to know me better. The man that I have been dating expressed desire to spend more time together.. and I know this is only a tiny caress on the surface of a quiet pool of water. I see how much it ripples already.. and I there is so much more to come. I am thankful for your 6 phase Meditation.. everyday.
