I love the way that Vishen structure the knowledge for the meditation process. But more impact I have when I do my first try at the audio meditation. I was immediately blasted with a deep feeling of love and gratitude. It was so profound experience that I do it again, this time with my Muse headband to record my EEG. And there it was: A strange pattern of brain waves that was in some way in complete rhythm of my heartbeat! Something magical happens in that little piece of audio. Thanks Vishen.
